Max Montague is an emerging photographer and multimedia artist born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Montague’s photo works feature both analog and digital, color and black and white compositions- studying beauty as it comes in forms of portraiture and fashion, landscape, and still life. His works explore a variety of themes- seeking to elicit awe and wonder from his viewers. Max holds a Bachelors of Arts from Colorado College. His education has allowed him to explore media such as collage, metal and woodworking, alternative photographic processes, ceramics, and drawing which he seeks to further incorporate into his photographic process through set/prop design and post-production embellishments. He features his works primarily on his instagram and has presented his Symbiosis collection at Langhans Gallery Prague in the summer of 2022. With a skilled eye for composition and contrast, Max is on a quest to share his visual stories with the world and gain further competency in this dynamic field.
